In 1998, when the construction work for the apartment house in Herceg Novi was completed, the goal from the start was to be able to offer our guests a complete solution. The opening that took place in the same year was not only for the apartment house but also for the Mediterranean 3 star restaurant "Copas" underneath and the associated terrace area on the opposite side of the restaurant with a direct view of the sea. Just 2 years later we opened Copas Beach a privatebeach area with forty sunbeds available to our restaurant and apartment guests. Our family business in Montenegro looks back on a 50-year history in gastronomy. We tried to incorporate the experience we gained during this time into the entire concept.
